Return & Exchange Policy
At Sutranama, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing a request.
Exchange Policy
We accept exchange requests within 3 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In its original condition
- Returned with original tags and packaging intact
Mandatory Unboxing Video
An unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange or return requests. Requests without a clear unboxing video may not be accepted.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted only in case the product is received in a damaged condition.
In special cases where the customer does not want an exchange and requests only a return, the customer will have to bear:
- Delivery Cost: ₹200
- Return Pickup Fee: ₹200
Reverse Pickup Availability
Reverse pickup is subject to availability at the customer’s location. If pickup service is not available at the customer’s location, the customer is required to return the product to us at his/her own cost.
Request Timeline
Any exchange or return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Requests raised after 3 days will not be accepted.
